Personal Data Protection

This notice is issued by ÜNKA Havacılık Airfield Solutions (AES Türkiye), as data controller, to inform website visitors under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data processed and purposes

The name, organisation, email, phone and message you submit through the contact and quote forms are processed to answer your request, prepare quotes and communicate with you. Server logs keep IP address and browser details for security and abuse prevention.

Legal basis

Data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 as directly related to establishing a contract and for legitimate interest, and on the basis of the consent you give in the forms.

Transfers

Where needed to fulfil your request, your data may be shared with the manufacturers we represent and our business partners, including abroad, in line with KVKK Article 9.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object. Send requests through the contact form or in writing to our company address.
