Details and drawings

The airfield distribution column supplies stationary and mobile ground power units with electricity during aircraft technical maintenance. It is a pillar fixed to a prepared foundation with four anchor bolts; the face panel with its control and alarm elements sits behind a transparent protective cover.

It distributes 320/220 V, 50 Hz AC power and protects against overload and short circuit. A flashing or parking light can be fitted on top. Options include remote control, authorised access and per-socket energy metering.
