Passive safety gantry for signs and all other types of traffic information and surveillance above and beside the road.

Complete gantry includes:

• Lattix® passive safety legs
• Lattix® passive safety transom
• Foot plates with washers and bolts
• 90 degree connectors
• Endplates at open ends of transom

Product specifications

The Lattix® Gantry system can be used for sign support, other information and surveillance equipment or other applications. The system is delivered as a complete, pre-assembled assembly including legs, transom, base plates and end plates at transom.

The mast elements of the gantry are tested and approved according to:

• EN 12899-1, Fixed, vertical road traffic signs
• EN 12767, Passive Safety of support of structures for road equipment

All performance presumes sufficient foundation.

Material / Surface treatment

Mast elements: EN-AW 6063 T66

Base plate and connector: S355, Galvanized steel according to EN ISO 1461

Bolts: BUMAX 109

The mechanical capacities depend on the selected configuration.

The Lattix® Gantry System can be coated (powder-coated) if desired.

Accessories

The Lattix® Gantry is delivered pre-assembled and includes necessary connectors if not specified differently.

Lattix® Gantries can be delivered with accessories kits:

• top plates,
• base plates,
• foundations,
• sign clamps,
• cable covers,
• connector plates,
• etc.

Lattix® Gantry up to 8,5 m span

The Gantry can be delivered in 5 major variants, dependent on the expected external loads. Within all variants the lengths of the mast elements are chosen according to customer needs.

Lattix Gantry up to 17 m width with 1 joint

There are 5 major variants for up to 17 m width, dependent on the expected external loads. Within all variants the lengths of the mast elements are chosen according to customer needs.

Lattix Gantry up to 25,5 m span with 2 joints

There are 3 major variants for up to 25,5 m width, dependent on the expected external loads. Within all variants the lengths of the mast elements are chosen according to customer needs.
